3 ingredient Chocolate balls

One of my favorite reasons to live in the US is that I know people from so many countries with so many cultures.

Not too long ago, a very good friend of mine shared with me a recipe that included Tahini and I had no idea what that was. The food was delicious and easy to make (a key point with my kitchen talent). I usually have basic ingredients at home and wasn’t sure I would use tahini anytime soon. Then, on a recent playdate, a new mommy friend offered me some tahini balls as a snack and I had to ask her how to make them. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a few ingredients on hand so I searched for other options when I found these. 3 ingredients? No bake? Dessert? You got me!

My craving for sweet will never leave me. So I am always looking for easy, quick dessert ideas that are a little better than store bought options. When it comes to baking a dessert I usually fail, so when something is no need to be bake, just refrigerate, that’s even better!

Sadly, mine did not look like the picture but the taste was SO satisfying. My older son loved it and one bite fulfilled his sweet craving as well.

I hope you enjoy this delicious sweet treat. Oh and by the way, please share with me your favorite food processor. I am about to get a better one but would appreciate some help.

Thanks, and see you all soon again!
