Ingredients
- 1 cup of Rolled Oats
- One large banana
- One egg
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease baking tray or put down parchment paper.
- Combine oats, egg, cinnamon and banana in bowl.
- Chop blueberries in half and stir until completely mixed in.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out a spoonful into hands. Roll mixture in your hands and make into a ball.
- Place on tray, and lightly flatten mixture.
- Place in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until brown. Mixture should feel firm.
- Allow to cool and store in container.
- Cut them into finger length pieces.
- Serve to your babe!
