Blueberry Oat Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Rolled Oats
  • One large banana
  • One egg
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Grease baking tray or put down parchment paper.
  • Combine oats, egg, cinnamon and banana in bowl.
  • Chop blueberries in half and stir until completely mixed in.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out a spoonful into hands. Roll mixture in your hands and make into a ball.
  • Place on tray, and lightly flatten mixture.
  • Place in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until brown. Mixture should feel firm.
  • Allow to cool and store in container.
  • Cut them into finger length pieces.
  • Serve to your babe!
