I thought this whole recipe was a hoax when I kept seeing it on my For You Page, but this really is SO GOOD. It tastes just like a chocolate cake! Also this cake you can definitely dress up or down to make it look more of a professional dessert! To do so, just add a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream to make it look more fancy!
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 Mug
- 4 Oreos
- 3 tablespoons of milk (for a creamier texture use whole milk, but any milk can work)
- Optional: Either a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on top (A deviation from the simple three item recipe!)
Directions
- Start by taking out your mug and placing the four Oreos into your mug. Crush up the Oreos in the mug (I used a regular spoon to crush it).
- Add 3 tablespoons into the milk and mix thoroughly (use 4 tablespoons if you want a creamier texture).
- Once mixed evenly, place the mug into the microwave for about 60-90 seconds depending on your microwave settings (I did it for 60 seconds).
- When you take it out it is ready to enjoy!
